I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist and Canadian Certified Counsellor offering individual, couples, and family therapy. I work with a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, anger, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, trauma and relationship issues. I provide a safe space in which you will play an active role in your own healing journey. I practice from a trauma-informed, client-centred perspective.
I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.
